Sample dashboard layouts
Anonymised examples from past commissions. Each layout was built around a specific supervisor's daily decisions — your panel would be tailored to your ticketing data and crew structure.
Morning response-time overview
Built for a Binh Thanh maintenance contractor. Shows rolling 7-day mean response time, district comparison, and a highlight row for tickets exceeding the 4-hour SLA.
Ticket aging histogram
Used in weekly regional reviews by a facility services firm. Buckets open tickets by age (0–24h, 24–48h, 48–72h, 72h+) with priority colour overlay.
Crew availability grid
Dispatch panel for a Dong Nai water utility subcontractor. Rows are technicians; columns show current status, last check-in, and assigned ticket count.
First-visit resolution tracker
Helps an HVAC contractor's quality officer compare crew leads on single-visit fix rates. Includes a drill-down table for repeat-call tickets.
Monday priority queue
Stand-up view for a district supervisor. Sorts open tickets by escalation risk score based on age, customer tier, and previous repeat calls.
Backlog velocity chart
Monthly report for a regional manager. Tracks tickets opened vs. closed, net backlog change, and a simple forecast band for the next two weeks.
How these layouts are created
Each example started with a half-day discovery session where we mapped the supervisor's morning routine: which exports they pull, which columns they scan, and which thresholds trigger a phone call. Layout drafts used anonymised production data within the first week so stakeholders could react to real numbers, not placeholders.
Colours, chart types, and row groupings vary by commission. A dispatch-heavy team needs different emphasis than a quality-assurance lead reviewing repeat-call patterns.
