Focused on ticket queue health: aging brackets, priority distribution, and resolution velocity. Often commissioned alongside a full dashboard or as a standalone morning stand-up aid.
Crew Availability Panels

Typical timeline: 3–4 weeks · Requires roster and check-in data in exportable format.
Shift-aware views for dispatchers who reassign crews throughout the day. Price increases if GPS data requires significant cleaning or if multiple roster systems must be reconciled.
What affects your quote
- Number of data sources — A single ticketing export is simpler than merging CRM, GPS, and manual roster spreadsheets.
- Supervisor personas — Each distinct role (district lead, dispatch coordinator, regional manager) may need its own panel layout.
- Data cleanliness — We include basic normalisation, but heavily inconsistent timestamps or missing district codes add preparation time.
- Refresh cadence — Static panels refreshed manually cost less than panels wired to auto-update from a shared folder or database export.
- On-site sessions — Discovery and testing within Ho Chi Minh City are included. Travel to other provinces is quoted separately.
Payment terms
We request a 40% deposit to begin discovery, 40% upon draft approval, and the remaining 20% at handoff. Invoices are issued in VND. Bank transfer is preferred; we do not process card payments on this site.
Ongoing support
Minor layout adjustments within 30 days of handoff are included. After that, ad-hoc changes are billed at 1,800,000 VND per half-day. Annual refresh commissions (updated data mappings, new chart views) typically run 40–60% of the original project cost.
